By feeling, and defining that feeling, you will be better prepared to CREATE it AT WILL –  any time you need.

And like pretty much everything in life- the more you practice it, the stronger you get. Meaning that it takes real strength (via practice) to handle the BIG off-centered-creating-moments in life. And we ALL have those times when we 1) NOTICE and then 2) SHIFT OUR BALANCE back into grounded CENTEREDNESS.
